Refund policy

1. No refunds
The service is digital content supplied immediately after payment. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges (section 4).
2. Welcome offer
A welcome offer is available for a limited time shown on screen, starting when the offer is first opened. Once it ends, the regular price applies. The price you get during the offer is kept as long as your subscription stays active.
3. Subscription and renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (1 or 3 months depending on the plan), at the same price. The next renewal date is shown before payment and in your account.
4. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account in 3 clicks, no questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then and are not charged again.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU)
For EU customers, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after payment. By ticking the box at checkout, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you waive this right.
