Two things to know before you start. Cyphr is for adults only (18+). And the service promises no income: no earnings are guaranteed, however much time you put in. Details in sections 9 and 10.

1. Publisher

2. Publication director

3. Hosting and deployment

The site is deployed and hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (vercel.com).

Accounts and service data are hosted by Supabase, on servers located in the European Union (supabase.com).

4. Payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland (stripe.com).

No card details are entered or stored on trycyphr.com: the payment form is provided and secured by Stripe. You manage or cancel your subscription from the Stripe customer portal, linked from your account.

5. Personal data

Your answers are first kept in your browser. When you create an account, they are stored to build and track your plan.

Providers processing data on our behalf:

Stripe: email, name and billing data needed for the subscription.
Supabase: account, answers and plan progress.
Vercel: technical hosting logs (IP address, page viewed).
Anthropic (Claude API): your answers, to generate your business and plan.

To exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, objection and portability (GDPR), write to contact@trycyphr.com. We reply within one month.

6. Cookies and analytics

Local browser storage keeps your progress through the flow. Analytics show which step visitors stop at. If advertising trackers are added, they will only be set with your consent.

7. Intellectual property

Texts, design, questionnaire and selection method are protected. The business and plan generated for you are yours to use for your own project, but not to resell or redistribute.

8. Complaints

Send any complaint to contact@trycyphr.com.

9. Minimum age: 18

The service is for adults only. By creating an account or paying, you confirm you are at least 18.

10. No income promise

Cyphr sells a method, a plan and tools. Not income. No amount is guaranteed, promised or assured, whatever the plan.

This is not easy money: the method takes regular work.
Figures shown (goal, realistic ranges) are scenarios calculated from your answers, not forecasts or commitments.
Payment illustrations shown on the site are simulations with fictional amounts.
Results depend on factors outside Cyphr's control: market, competition, consistency, skills and time.
A loss is possible: a subscriber may make no sales and not recover what they spent.
